“eis-nos : here we are” Opening night 5th August 2017 from 6pm.
The ancient cloisters of the Archaeological Museum inside the old walled city of Faro act as a unique backdrop to a new and exciting art exhibition “here we are,” the work of thirteen foreign artists who have been exploring, in colour, form and texture, the quintessential essence of being in the Algarve.
On Saturday 5th of August, art lovers are encouraged to arrive early and see the museum's rich array of local artefacts from the pre-history, Roman and mediaeval periods before joining the Algarve Artists Network for a show of works of art celebrating the province of Algarve in the present day.
