The curtains were hardly closed after The Algarveans’ very successful run of five sold out performances, when the cast and crew of SISTER ACT - THE MUSICAL were gathered in the foyer of the Lagoa Auditorium to give thanks to Padre Nuno Coelho of Lagoa Parish Church for his valuable contributions to our show.

The Rotary Club of Estoi Palace International (RCEPI) organised its 11th fundraising bike ride with Activity Algarve Bike Rides on Sunday 17^th November, raising €800.

On Saturday, November 30th, we will be hosting the Organic Grocery Christmas Market at Mercearia Bio Café Lagos, fundraising to support Alice, a 7 year old girl who suffers from Rett Syndrome. This is an event aimed at all families and visitors in general, to celebrate the Christmas season.

Animal charities Sterilise Our Strays and the DPDSAA, formerly known as SOS Algarve Animals, are working together in a joint venture, and as of 13th Nov 2024, have received requests for 1568 cats (yes incredible) and 20 dogs to be sterilised.

Come along to the Charity Christmas Market in aid of Tiny Shelter animal shelter, on Nov 23rd at the Play Better Golf Shop, on the N125, close to DHL and the Vilamoura roundabout.
