This autumn, there are selection of gourmet experiences available at Conrad Algarve, including Meduse Shisha Experience, Family Sunday Brunch, Gusto Cocktail Bar, Endless High Tea at Lago Lounge and a new Autumn Menu at the Louro Restaurant.
The kitchen team at Louro have developed the new a la carte menu by recreating some of the region’s most recognised dishes and flavour combinations using contemporary cooking methods with modern presentation techniques. Such dishes will include; grilled Squid stuffed with tomato rice and chorizo, whole Sea Bass baked in a salt crust and orange Silves roll with dark chocolate and carob sorbet.
