Hibiscus Nursing is a new agency specialising in flexible healthcare support and nursing services in the home. It will provide an on-demand service for people needing help.
We are recruiting Healthcare Support Workers to join our home based teams working in the Algarve community.
As a Healthcare Support Worker you will be involved in:
• Enabling people to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of their life
• Providing assistance to help people meet personal care needs, including washing, toileting, medication, bed making and preparing meals and drinks
• Help people identify and choose their support needs
If you would like to help individuals maintain independence at home, and have good communication and interpersonal skills, we would like to hear from you.
