A massive thank you to all that came to the End of Summer Party hosted by Eve Clifton at Herdade da Corte near Tavira on Friday night. Over 100 people got treated to a fantastic buffet catered by Jane Kemp, serenaded by Inger Hansen and brought to their feet to dance along with the Sun Lovers Algarve Band.
Lady luck shone down, as the event stayed dry and clear for the evening.
Included in the night was a prize draw which was sponsored by so many fabulous companies and individuals including Roosters Quad Bikes, Zen Sup, Algarve by Segway, Golf Guru, Algarve Azulejos Art, Quinta das Borboletas, Social, Caravela Restaurant, The Hut, Armona 4 Restaurant, Butchers Almancil, Elle day Spa, Bela Mani, Wellife Shop, Mind, Body and Soul, For your Brows only, Hair by Carley Holmes, Phillipe Stabile, Dare You, Digger Dave, Liz Hubbard, Debbie Butler as well as Amara Restaurant.
A fabulous €1365 was raised for AEDA - Riding for the Disabled - this is enough for sponsorship of 5 1/2 riders in 2020.
AEDA relies solely on donations and needs approximately €7500/year to cover the costs of the 32 Portuguese young riders.
