The Mizu Teppanyaki restaurant at VILA VITA Parc welcomes chef Pedro Almeida, on June 2nd, for an evening celebrating the creative fusion of Japanese and Portuguese cuisine. It is the first dinner in this series, which has three more planned in the months of September and October.
Faithful to Japanese techniques, which he skilfully mixes with Portuguese cuisine in a perfect mix of products, flavours and memories, chef Almeida runs the kitchen at Midori (at the Penha Longa resort in Sintra), which has proved to be a veritable laboratory of ingredients and ideas. Resulting in Almeida earning a Michelin star in 2018, the first awarded to a Japanese restaurant in Portugal.
These characteristics combined with the creative approach and high quality ingredients of Mizu Teppanyaki's team of chefs will provide an unforgettable journey for all Japanese food lovers and foodies in general during the evening.
Dinner starts at 7pm with a tasting menu for 155 Euros/pp. With the possibility of wine and sake pairing for 95 Euros/pp.
Advance booking on +351 282 310 100 or fb@vilavitaparc.com is recommended.
