Chef Vincent Guimerà and chef João Viegas exclusive four hand dinner paying tribute to the truffle

CHEF VINCENT GUIMERÀ AND CHEF JOÃO VIEGAS EXCLUSIVE FOUR HAND DINNER PAYING TRIBUTE TO THE TRUFFLETruffle Week takes place from 28th October to 1st November at Vila Vita Parc. On 29th October, Vila Vita Parc will host a four-hand dinner with chef João Viegas from the restaurant Atlântico and guest chef Vincent Guimerà from L'Antic Molí* in Tarragona, Spain, an unmissable dining experience featuring the truffle, one of the most popular ingredients of all time.

This dinner is the highlight of a week totally dedicated to the uniqueness of the exotic truffle, taking place at the Atlântico restaurant from 28 October to 1 November, with a menu carefully prepared by chef João Viegas and his team for all lovers of this unique ingredient.

A pioneer of the Slow Food and Km0 movements, Vicent Guimerà's L' Antic Molí has held a Michelin Star since 2017 and a Green Michelin Star since 2020. With a cuisine centred on local and organic products, its philosophy is deeply committed to the region and its community, a similar direction that chef João Viegas has set out to follow at the helm of the Atlântico restaurant at Vila Vita Parc.

The four-hand dinner will start at 7 pm and the six-course tasting menu costs 170 euros/pp, with the option of wine pairing for 75 euros/pp. For the rest of the days, dinners will be à la carte.
