Prime Minister, António Costa, has expressed Portugal's solidarity with the people of the UK after the bomb attack in Manchester.
At least 22 people were killed and 59 wounded following the suicide bombing at a concert performance given by the American singer, Ariana Grande, at Manchester Arena.
"Our deepest sympathies and solidarity to the British people, the victims and families of the Manchester attack," Costa wrote on his Twitter account.
British authorities have identified the suicide bomber as Salman Adedi.
Portuguese officials said that they are not aware of any Portuguese citizens among the victims of Monday evening's bomb attack.
