Quinta do Algarvio Village has opened in Carvoeiro, a new resort located near the tennis club.
On April 26th, around 250 guests watched Lagoa mayor, Francisco Martins, cut the red ribbon to mark the official opening.
Martins noted the existing good relationship between the Council and the Carvoeiro Clube Group and thanked Erik de Vlieger for the commitment to developing real estate projects in the area, calling the development, “a beautiful resort.”
The €10 million build is surrounded by a private properties and has 22, two-bedroom townhouses and ten apartments with one or two bedrooms, over 18,000 m² of landscaped gardens with saltwater and freshwater pools.
