Last weekend, the GNR in Loulé performed general inspections on traffic to combat crime in Loulé, over the course of 4 days, resulting in the arrest of 23 people.
Between the 16th and 19th of June, 23 people, aged between 16 and 61 years old, were arrested after police inspections in various locations in the municipality of Loulé.
Most arrests (17) were due to driving under the influence of alcohol, 4 for driving without a legal license, 1 for theft and 1 for disobedience.
During the operation, several items of clothing stolen from a commercial establishment were also seized, with a total value of €472.50. These were recovered and handed over to the rightful owner.
