Portimão Volunteer Firefighters were dispatched to the Prainha area yesterday, to rescue a dog who had fallen from a cliff while out walking with his owner.
“Benji was walking in the Prainha region and ended up falling off a cliff", says the post on the Portimão Bombeiros Facebook page.
The Bombeiros team assigned to support the beaches, plus a rescue team carried out the rescue of the animal, who was returned to his owners “without any injuries”.
