The Tourism Association of Portimão (ATP) has a presence for the second year running at the Senior 2013 fair in the Swedish city of Stockholm this week.
Senior 2013 is seen an important event and is targetted at the 50 plus customer. This year these are more stands than before and an expected 12,000 visitors.
Portimão’s stand staff have the objective of promoting the city and creating brand awareness among the visitors, hoping to attract Swedes to the area this winter.
Golf, gastronomy and wines, swimming, hiking, bird watching and coastal walks are featured on the stand to add value to the area’s hotel offerings through the mild winter season.
