21 YEAR OLD QUÉVIN REMAINS MISSINGQuévin Andre Protseko, 21 years old, has been missing since Sunday from Santa Luzia, Tavira. His parents still have no news and continue to search the Tavira area after authorities located Quévin's cell phone signal.
