The renowned footballer Lionel Messi and his father will be tried for tax fraud.

The pair has been charged with tax fraud for allegedly failing to declare €4.16 million in taxes relating to the rights to use his image between 2007 and 2009.

Iran is considering building an oil refinery in Algeciras on the Spanish coast, according to the Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo.

The factories in the north of Portugal, apparently owned and run by a Moroccan, were raided and yielded about 38,000 counterfeit items, including clothing, footwear, labels, etc., as well as six machines and close to €217,000 in cash.
