Eduardo Peregrino is the new Operations Manager of Vale d´Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa.
The young hotelier has previously served as the commercial director of Vale d´Oliveiras for four years and has an impressive background in food & beverage, sales & marketing and front-office, working with several well-regarded brands including Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa, Porto Bay Hotel Group, Martinhal Resort, Herdade dos Grous and latterly as the general manager of Malhadinha Nova Country House & Spa in Alentejo.
Eduardo Peregrino is also teacher at the Professional School of Hospitality & Tourism in Portimão and attributes his passion for hospitality to a childhood in Switzerland where he grow up and studied. He holds a degree in Tourism Strategy and a MBA Hotel & Revenue Management.
The resort was opened in 2010 and has recently concluded a management contract with a UK hotel operator.
It has now been operated as an independent hotel from January, when Eduardo was promoted. The forecast for 2017 is very positive: “It will be our strongest year in terms of revenue and KPI´s”, says the new manager.
