Overall, since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic we have registered an increase in demand and it seems to us that the desire to invest in Algarve property is stronger than ever.
People keep asking us if prices have fallen or if they will fall and our answer is no. The reason for this is quite simple; supply and demand.
