After having passed through Spain at the start of the preparation for the new year, the Superbike World Championship has already arrived in the paddock of the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, to fulfill two days of tests (January 31st and February 1st). Public access to the paddock costs 10 euros.
About three dozen bikes and riders on the starting grids of the Superbike and Supersport world championships carry out the ultimate joint test, and after Toprak Razgatlioglu being the fastest last week in Jerez, the response from world champion Álvaro Bautista and also from Jonathan Rea is eagerly awaited. Jonathan Rea is the rider with the most victories won on the circuit near Portimão, and made his Superbike debut at the Portuguese circuit in November 2008.
These two days of tests can be attended by the public with an 'access to the 'paddock' ticket for 10 euros - valid for both days. It will be the only way to closely follow the 2023 news of one of the most competitive and spectacular championships in the world, with the stands closed.
Access can be purchased at the Kartódromo Internacional do Algarve shop and access to the circuit paddock will be via the access tunnel.
