German artist, Karina Müller, opens her new gallery in Ayamonte on February 11th at 7pm, located just 1 minute from the Plaza de la Laguna.
Initially displaying many of her own paintings, in the future Karina intends to present artworks from painters in the Algarve region.
Karina started painting very late in her life after surviving cancer in 2008. "I really love the idea that I can create something unique – something I did not expected to be able to do". Since 2013, when her and her husband moved to Ayamonte in the very southwest of Andalusia, Spain, this has become a real passion, not just a hobby. "Painting fills my life with joy every day. I hope, family and friends remember me by looking at my artwork!"
