Olhão’s Christmas market starts this Friday, 8th December at 11:00am in the Recreativa building, near the Church in the Avenida da República.
This Christmas market has been organised by the newly formed arts and social organisation ‘Associação Cultural Re-Criativa República 14,’ based in this wonderful old building, which promises all sorts of hand-crafted products, works of art from local and foreign artists, plus food and other gifts and goodies to take home.
Throwing open the doors of the Recreativa building for the Olhão Christmas market offers visitors a world of cultural and entertainment activities including music, performances and surprises – a list of planned events for 2018 will be posted with the Association helping to drive and develop culture and the arts in this historic city.
Come along and enjoy the Christmas Market, open 8th, 9th and 10th of December – and again the weekend after on the 15th 16th and 17th of December from 11:00 until 19:00.
