The Berlin marathon is one of the largest and most popular road races in the world. The 2013 skater marathon had 6,298 participants and had more than one million spectators along the course. It is considered the largest inline skater marathon in the world and is the final venue of the World Inline Cup.

The World Youth Sailing ISAFThe World Youth Sailing ISAF is about to begin in Tavira, which runs between 12 and 19 July in Algarve waters. About 400 sailors from 69 countries will attend the event, a record number of participants, in the 44th edition of this event.

It is the 5th time Portugal has hosted the World Youth Sailing ISAF. After Troy (1973), Sines (1981), Vilamoura (1992) and Wood (2003), it is now the turn of Tavira to host one of the most prestigious events of the International Sailing Federation.
